Football Recap: Chapel Hill Panthers vs. Dutchtown Bulldogs

Chapel Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 20-6 fall against the Dutchtown Bulldogs.

Naryah Martinez threw for 98 yards on 12 of 20 attempts. Faith Moore was her top target, picking up 47 receiving yards.

Dutchtown's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but K'Myiah Wright led the charge by throwing for 215 yards and three touchdowns while completing 74.4% of her passes. Wright is becoming a predictor of Dutchtown's success: when she posts at least three passing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 1-4 when she doesn't). Kalayah Wesley helped Wright out on the ground, rushing for 150 yards on only 13 carries.
