Basketball Recap: KIPP Columbus Takes a Loss

KIPP Columbus lost against Grove City Christian back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The KIPP Columbus Jaguars fell just short of the Grove City Christian Eagles by a score of 67-64.

Grove City Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jadunn Harris out in front who went 5-for-11 on his way to 17 points and six boards. Harris has been hot recently, having posted 17 or more points the last three times he's played. Landon Brunicardi was another key player, going 7-for-13 to rack up 17 points.

KIPP Columbus' defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Grove City Christian, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 12-10.

Coming up, KIPP Columbus won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Utica at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Grove City Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
