Softball Recap: Orcutt Academy Spartans vs. Nipomo Titans

Orcutt Academy can now show off 14 landslide victories after their most recent match on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 9-3 margin over the Nipomo Titans. The victory was nothing new for Orcutt Academy as they're now sitting on ten straight.

Valerie Gonzales made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Gonzales has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive pitching appearances.
