Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Thomas More). They came out on top against the St. Joseph Lancers by a score of 67-57 on Tuesday. For the Cavaliers, this counts as revenge for the 49-48 win the Lancers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.

The victory (which was St. Thomas More's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1. As for St. Joseph, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Thomas More will host Martin Luther at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Joseph, they will be playing at home against The Prairie School at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in The Prairie School's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
