Baseball Recap: North Branch Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for North Branch's offense. They lost 11-0 to the Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets on Tuesday. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Bluejackets recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

North Branch's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Cambridge-Isanti, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 7-7 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Branch will take on Hermantown at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cambridge-Isanti, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Chisago Lakes Area at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
