Harmony had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Lake Nona Lions 13-3 on Thursday. The Longhorns might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Ismael Rivera looked comfortable as he pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 20 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Jadiel Perez was incredible, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and two RBI. Jose Scrofani was another key player, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with three RBI and two runs.

The victory (which was Harmony's tenth in a row) raised their record to 23-6. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.9 runs over those games. As for Lake Nona, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 16-13.

Looking ahead, Harmony will square off against Jupiter at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Longhorns 3.9, the Warriors 3.6) so any runs scored will be well earned. Lake Nona does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
