Softball Recap: Marion Warriors vs. Hillsboro Trojans

For Hillsboro's part, they got a massive performance out of Keitra Edwards, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and a triple. Another player making a difference was Anslee Brewer, who scored four runs while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.

Marion's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Hillsboro, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-17.

Marion does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hillsboro, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 13-3 defeat vs. Remington on the 14th.
