Softball Game Preview: Anna Coyotes vs. McKinney North Bulldogs

The Anna Coyotes and the McKinney North Bulldogs will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Anna has given up an average of 10.4 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Anna is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Friday. They came up short against Lovejoy, falling 11-0. That's two games in a row now that the Coyotes have lost by exactly 11 runs.

McKinney North never got on the board in their matchup last Friday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Greenville last Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 14-3 margin over the Lions. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Anna now has a losing record of 6-7-1. As for McKinney North, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-14.

Anna skirted past McKinney North 5-4 in their previous meeting on March 7th. The rematch might be a little tougher for Anna since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
