Softball Recap: Schulenburg Comes Up Short

Schulenburg fell victim to New Braunfels Thunder and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 7-0 to the Homeschool.

Schulenburg saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kinley Tillery, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Schulenburg's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for New Braunfels Thunder, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Schulenburg wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 9-6 victory against Boling on the 28th. As for New Braunfels Thunder, they have also already played their next game, a 10-0 loss against Luling on the 26th.
