Recap: Forsyth Panthers vs. Buffalo Bison
The Forsyth Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season. They breezed by Buffalo at home to the tune of 80-47. 80 seems to be a good number for Forsyth as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.
Despite the loss, Buffalo saw an underclassman step up: Braden Mcgregor scored 22 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Those four steals set a new season-high mark for him. Blair Abraham was another key contributor, scoring five points along with ten rebounds and four blocks.
The win was the third in a row for Forsyth, bringing their record for this year to 9-2. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 26.33 points. As for Buffalo, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Forsyth will head out on the road to face off against West Plains at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Buffalo, they will be playing at home against Versailles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Versailles' favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
