Baseball Recap: Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Takes a Loss

Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Van Nuys Wolves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 last Wednesday.

Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences' defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Van Nuys, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Coincidentally, Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences and Van Nuys will both be playing Chavez the next time they take the field. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences will head out to face Chavez at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Van Nuys will host them at 2:30 p.m. on April 2.
