Covenant Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 67-49 bruising from the Lititz Christian Eagles. One positive for Covenant Christian Academy, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Lititz Christian found their leader in sophomore Jack Kriebel, who went 12 of 23 en route to 31 points along with eight steals and six rebounds. That makes it six consecutive games in which Kriebel has scored at least a third of Lititz Christian's points. Federico Cortes was another key player, putting up 11 points in addition to five boards and three steals.

Covenant Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Lititz Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Covenant Christian Academy will host Harrisburg Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lititz Christian, they will take on New Covenant Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. New Covenant Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Lititz Christian likes a good challenge.
