Volleyball Recap: St. Mary's Beats Sacred Heart Academy for Their Fourth Straight Victory

St. Mary had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Sacred Heart Academy Sharks on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Lancers as they're now sitting on four straight.

Leading St. Mary's to victory were Sarina Notaro and Brooke Moore. Notaro had 18 digs and two aces, while Moore had ten digs and three aces. The dominant performance also gave Notaro a new career-high in assists (six).

St. Mary's victory bumped their record up to 37-1-2. As for Sacred Heart Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.

As of now, neither St. Mary's nor the Sharks have any future games scheduled.
