Softball Recap: Ross Takes a Loss

After flying high against Port Clinton on Tuesday, Ross came back down to earth. The Little Giants fell just short of the Bowling Green Bobcats by a score of 7-5 on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Little Giants have suffered since May 13, 2024.

Ross now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Bowling Green, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-10.

Coming up, Ross will venture away from home to take on Fostoria at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Little Giants are facing the Redmen at the right time seeing as the Redmen are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Bowling Green, they will be playing at home against Southview at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
