Softball Recap: Oshkosh West Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Oshkosh West's offense. They came up short against the Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts on Tuesday, falling 11-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Galloping Ghosts this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 back in April.

Oshkosh West's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Kaukauna, the win keeps they at an undefeated 12-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Oshkosh West will take on rival Kimberly at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Kaukauna is set to challenge their familiar foe Neenah at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Galloping Ghosts 0.7, the Rockets 1.3) so any runs scored will be well earned.
