Basketball Recap: Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy won the last time they faced Walnut Grove Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy Patriots came out on top against the Walnut Grove Christian Christian Warriors by a score of 74-64.

Walnut Grove Christian's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was AJ Curerton, who posted 27 points. Curerton's evening made it 16 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Bonagura, who put up 18 points.

Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-8. As for Walnut Grove Christian, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-6.
