Southeastern Local skates past Northeastern with ease

Recap: Southeastern Local Trojans vs. Northeastern Jets
The Southeastern Local Trojans put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 54-17 victory over Northeastern at home. That 54-17 margin sets a new team best for Southeastern Local this season.
When it comes to explaining why Northeastern lost, one person who can't be blamed is Zoe Tuttle. Despite the final result, she scored nine points.
Southeastern Local pushed their record up to 6-0 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Northeastern, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
Southeastern Local will head out on the road to face off against West Jefferson at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. West Jefferson will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 580th, while Southeastern Local is ranked 61st). Northeastern will be home for the holidays to greet Shawnee at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Shawnee comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
