Basketball Recap: West Shore Takes a Loss + How To Watch

West Shore had lost four straight at home, but on Wednesday they dropped down to 0-5 to make it five. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 44-43 to the Odyssey Charter School Titans. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Titans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

As for Odyssey Charter School, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.5 points across that stretch.

Odyssey Charter School found their leader in sophomore Mykel Benson, who posted 15 points. Another player making a difference was Eli Chartie, who earned seven points.

Looking ahead, West Shore will square off against Eau Gallie at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Odyssey Charter School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pine at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
