Volleyball Recap: Triangle Math & Science Comes Up Short

Triangle Math & Science was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Neuse Charter Cougars, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

While Triangle Math & Science was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-15, 25-6.

Triangle Math & Science's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Neuse Charter, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-7 record.

Triangle Math & Science has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Roxboro Community on the 18th. As for Neuse Charter, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against NCSSM: Durham on the 18th.
