Recap: Tuckahoe Tigers vs. Dobbs Ferry Eagles
The Tuckahoe Tigers were the 33-6 winner over the Dobbs Ferry Eagles when they last played one another back in September of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Tuckahoe fell to Dobbs Ferry 32-27.
Tuckahoe's lost on Saturday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jax Colacicco, who threw for 253 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Snyder, who picked up 97 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Tuckahoe's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Dobbs Ferry, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.
Tuckahoe will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on Haldane at 4:00 p.m. on November 10th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in New York (Haldane is ranked 236th, while Tuckahoe is ranked 254th). Dobbs Ferry does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
