Soccer Recap: Columbus Comes Up Short

Columbus had taken Regina down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Sailors lost 3-0 to the Regals. Columbus were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Regina apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Columbus' loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Regina, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-3-2.

Coming up, Columbus will head out to take on Union at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Regina, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Don Bosco on the 6th.
