Navajo Prep claimed a resounding 63-33 win over Crownpoint on the road. Navajo Prep has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 games by 20 points or more this season.
Newcomb's defeat dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Navajo Prep, they pushed their record up to 16-8 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road.
Newcomb was dealt a bruising 66-36 loss at the hands of Navajo Prep when the teams last played on February 2nd. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Newcomb was down 37-14.
