Volleyball Recap: Brackenridge Comes Up Short

Brackenridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jay Mustangs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2023.

Brackenridge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Jay, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Brackenridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against St. Anthony on the 15th. As for Jay, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against South San Antonio on the 15th.
