Softball Recap: Houston Math Science & Tech Takes a Loss

Houston Math Science & Tech fell victim to Cesar E. Chavez and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 16-0 to the Lobos. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Lobos recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Houston Math Science & Tech's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Cesar E. Chavez, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Houston Math Science & Tech is set to challenge their familiar foe Heights at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Cesar E. Chavez will square off against rival Westside at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
