Volleyball Recap: Atrisco Heritage Academy Comes Up Short

Atrisco Heritage Academy lost against Albuquerque back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Jaguars lost 3-0 to the Bulldogs.

Atrisco Heritage Academy took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-9, 25-18.

Atrisco Heritage Academy has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Albuquerque, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

Atrisco Heritage Academy will be playing at home against Los Lunas at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Albuquerque, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Santa Fe on the 18th.
