Volleyball Recap: Anamosa Takes a Loss

Anamosa was the 2-0 winner over Wapsie Valley when they last played one another back in September of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors on Saturday.

Anamosa's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Wapsie Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-9.

Looking ahead, Anamosa will challenge Beckman at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wapsie Valley, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Davenport Central on the 4th.
