Bay Springs came tearing into Thursday's match with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.6 points) and they left with even more momentum. They beat the Scott Central Rebels by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 62-26. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 21 points or more this season.

Bay Springs' win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.1 points over those games. As for Scott Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season.
