Softball Recap: Rogers City Comes Up Short

Rogers City lost against Johannesburg-Lewiston on Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Hurons came up short against the Cardinals, falling 7-1. The matchup marked the Hurons' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Rogers City and nudges their season record down to 5-4. As for Johannesburg-Lewiston, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 16-3.

Rogers City has already played their next game (against Atlanta), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Johannesburg-Lewiston, they will welcome Mancelona at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
