Baseball Game Preview: Peaster Greyhounds vs. Littlefield Wildcats

The Peaster Greyhounds will take on the Littlefield Wildcats in a tournament on Saturday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Peaster was handed a nine-run loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene last Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Mineral Wells 5-4. The win continues a trend for the Greyhounds in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Littlefield waltzed into their game on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They never let the Tigers get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won five contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

Littlefield's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Peaster, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
