Imperial's Royce Freeman rumbled for the longest rushing play in Imperial Valley this season in his game against Parker last week. Freeman's team bested the Lancers as he sprinted for 91 yards on the play and finished with 353 in all.

Ernesto Gonzalez and Aldo Munoz provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Montgomery. The connection went for 63 yards, the longest such play in the league this season.

Calexico's dynamic duo of Gonzalez and Munoz proved tough for the Aztecs to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Gonzalez threw for 63 yards and one touchdown and Munoz had 63 yards receiving.

Imperial's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Tigers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Chris Carter has thrown for 529 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while DaJon Staton has 11 catches for 226 yards. Freeman leads the league in rushing with 1186 yards.

Two of the top units in Imperial Valley will face off this week when Imperial takes on Southwest. Kerry Legarra's team's offense has racked up 166 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while the Eagles have allowed only 181 on the year.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Bulldogs take on Brawley. As it stands, Calexico is in first, while the Wildcats are in third.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Allen Heck's team takes on Brawley. The Bulldogs have allowed 64 points this season, while Jon Self's team has given up 75. Calexico allowed 31 points last week as it beat Montgomery.

The Bulldogs extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Ted Jarumayan's team, 35-31. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
