Northeast and Springfield are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2016, but likely not for long. The Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Yellow Jackets at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Springfield took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Northeast, who comes in off a win.

Northeast and West Creek faced off in a cross-town battle on Thursday. The Eagles blew past the Coyote 4-1. Considering Northeast have won six games by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Springfield has been on a difficult stretch since their win on March 11. They fell 2-0 to Liberty Creek on Thursday.

Northeast moved to 7-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Springfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-2.

Northeast came up short against Springfield when the teams last played back in May of 2024, falling 5-3. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
