Kimball had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt West on Tuesday. The Jaguars blew past the Wolfpack 3-0. This was payback for the Jaguars, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

One reason for the win was Kimball's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-21, 25-17.

Kimball's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 7-12. As for West, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season.
