If Lakeview Centennial was feeling good fresh off their 53-22 takedown of North Garland last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lakeview Centennial Patriots came up short against the Sachse Mustangs on Tuesday, falling 48-22. The loss continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now lost eight in a row.

Lakeview Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 17-11. As for Sachse, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 19 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record this season.
