Soccer Recap: Mount Pleasant Takes a Loss

Mount Pleasant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Brandywine Bulldogs. That's two games in a row now that Mount Pleasant have lost by exactly two goals.

Mount Pleasant's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8-1. As for Brandywine, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mount Pleasant will head out to challenge Christiana at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Brandywine, they will take on First State Military Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
