Football Game Preview: Southmoore SaberCats vs. Eisenhower Eagles

The Southmoore SaberCats will square off against the Eisenhower Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Southmoore will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.

Southmoore is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their contest on Thursday with ease, bagging a 57-8 win over Grant. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 50-0.

Meanwhile, Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 67-0 defeat at the hands of Stillwater. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma football rankings (they are ranked 133rd, while the Pioneers are ranked sixth).

Eisenhower's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Southmoore, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
