Basketball Recap: Gresham Takes a Loss

Gresham lost to Westview last Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Gophers took a 68-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The Gophers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gresham's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Westview, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

Gresham has already played their next matchup, a 65-59 victory against Roosevelt on the 28th. As for Westview, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 58-47 win against Lincoln on the 28th.
