Gunnar Goodell gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in April on Thursday. Nobody could stop him as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over six innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

Goodell's effort led Paw Paw over Dowagiac and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
