Cleveland posted their closest victory since September 6th on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the San Marino Titans 2-1. That's more bragging rights for the Cavaliers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Several Titans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ariminty Yu, who had 25 digs and two aces. Yu has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 50 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Cynthia Kackstetter, who had eight digs and two aces.

Cleveland's win bumped their record up to 14-10. As for San Marino, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-10-1.

Cleveland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Village Christian on the 26th. As for San Marino, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Oakwood on the 26th.
