Basketball Game Preview: East Valley Knights vs. West Valley Eagles

East Valley is 0-10 against West Valley since January of 2020 but things could change on Friday. It'll be Eastside v. Westside when the East Valley Knights and the West Valley Eagles meet at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, East Valley had to suffer through a 74-44 loss at the hands of Rogers.

Meanwhile, West Valley unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of Freeman by a score of 47-44. The match marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

East Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for West Valley, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-2.

East Valley was taken down by West Valley 75-35 in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point East Valley was down 42-21.
