Volleyball Recap: Phoenix Christian Has No Trouble Against ALA - Anthem South

Phoenix Christian won the last time they faced ALA - Anthem South and things went their way on Thursday too. The Cougars blew past the Titans 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cougars.

The win didn't come easy: ALA - Anthem South scored at least 21 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-21, 25-23.

Phoenix Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for ALA - Anthem South, they moved to 4-2 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Phoenix Christian will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Yuma Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for ALA - Anthem South, they will face off against Apache Junction at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
