Hayden Gubler Delivers Electric Effort Vs Milford
Starting off the list is Kanab's Hayden Gubler, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Gubler rushed for 179 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.4 yards per carry. He didn't just play on offense: he also made five total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended two passes.
Gubler might have his next game, a road matchup with Millard, circled on his calendar. Gubler rushed for 87 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries the last time he and the Eagles duked it out back in September.

Bettridge Made His Presence Known in Parowan's 20-19 Loss
While Parowan might've come up empty on Friday, Hunter Bettridge wasn't going down without a fight. Bettridge turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 88 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 134 yards and a touchdown.
Parowan dropped their record down to 2-8 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. Bettridge and Parowan will challenge Enterprise at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

While Judd Netto delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Milford. Netto was dynamite, rushing for 37 yards.

A Season-Best Performance from Rustyn Mackelprang Leads Parowan over North Sevier
On Friday, Parowan had to settle for second even though Rustyn Mackelprang put up the best numbers he has all season. Mackelprang forced a fumble and made 14 total tackles (2.0 for loss).
For the season, Mackelprang has averaged 6.3 total tackles per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 2.6 total tackles per game.

Bodie Wheatley Rounds Out Top Five
