Farragut had won two straight games and Parker Lane did his part to make it three on Saturday. Everything went the Admirals' way against the Grace Christian Academy Rams as they made off with a 62-39 victory thanks in part to Lane, who shot 53% from the field to rack up 22 points. The game was his fifth in a row with at least 19 points.

Another player making a difference was Reid Vining, who almost dropped a double-double with ten points and nine boards. He has also also been stellar as far as shooting accuracy is concerned: he's posted one of at least 56% every time he's hit the court this season.

Farragut's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Grace Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Farragut will welcome Karns at 8:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Grace Christian Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 77-34 defeat against Bearden on the 22nd.
