Carver piles up the points against ACERO Garcia

The Carver Challengers waltzed into Monday's match with two straight wins but they left with three. They claimed a resounding 46-13 win over ACERO Garcia on the road. That's another feather in the cap for Carver, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Carver can attribute much of their success to Astarte Washington, who scored 28 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Washington has scored at least 25% of Carver's points. Another player making a difference was Destiny Ontiveros, who scored 10 points.

Carver's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for ACERO Garcia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Carver will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Air Force Academy at 5:00 p.m. As for ACERO Garcia, they will head out on the road to face off against Little Village at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
