Football Recap: St. Charles East Takes a Loss + How To Watch

St. Charles East extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to eight on Friday, dropping them down to 0-4. They had to suffer through a 42-13 loss at the hands of the Glenbard North Panthers. The Fighting Saints were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

As for Glenbard North, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won three matches by 26 points or more so far this season.

Donato Gatses continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 189 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. Another big playmaker for Glenbard North was Angelo Gatses, who returned a punt for a touchdown.
