It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Millbury can now relate to. They were dealt a 49-20 defeat at the hands of the Northbridge Rams on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Woolies in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost three in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Millbury lost, don't look at Matteus Mateo. Despite the final result, he rushed for 58 yards and one score, and also threw for 201 yards and one TD. 82 of those passing yards were hauled in by Cole Guilford.

Leading Northbridge to victory were Morodney Daigle and Joel Lachapelle. Daigle rushed for 220 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.2 yards per carry, while Lachapelle rushed for 85 yards and three scores on only 11 carries.
