Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Aubrey Greenmun and Kaitlyn Harper Lead Grace Christian to Victory

There's no place like home for Grace Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against the Blue Ridge Christian Bears by a score of 43-33 on Tuesday. This was payback for the Warriors, who suffered a 44-35 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Grace Christian was led to victory by Kaitlyn Harper and Aubrey Greenmun. Harper went 6 of 10 on her way to 20 points and six boards, while Greenmun went 5 for 11 en route to 14 points and eight rebounds. The dominant performance gave Harper a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Emily Vogan, who posted six points and five rebounds.

Grace Christian's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-3. As for Blue Ridge Christian, their loss ended a nine-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 12-2.

Grace Christian will square off against Mt. Carmel Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Blue Ridge Christian, they will face off against Cornerstone Christian at 6:30 p.m. on January 30th.
