Volleyball Recap: West Mecklenburg Falls Short of Lincoln Charter in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact West Mecklenburg can now relate to. They came up short against the Lincoln Charter Eagles on Wednesday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in March.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-15, 25-18.

West Mecklenburg has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Lincoln Charter, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3.

As of now, neither West Mecklenburg nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
