 Brevard scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Thursday. They were the clear victor by  a  17-1 margin over the East Henderson Eagles. Considering Brevard has won four contests by more than eight  runs this season,  Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
 The team  relied heavily on  Claire Wilson, who  went 5-for-5 with a  home run, three  stolen bases,  and six  RBI. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ava Rogers, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances.
 Brevard is  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record  this season. As for East Henderson, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-11.
 Brevard will head out on the road to  take on  Hendersonville at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Brevard's pitching crew has only allowed 3.5  runs per game  this season, so Hendersonville's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for East Henderson, they will stay at home for another  game and welcome North Henderson at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. North Henderson hasn't scored more than one runs for four games straight, a trend the  team is eager to reverse.
