St. James barely beat Waccamaw the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Sharks blew past the Warriors 3-0 on Wednesday. The Sharks haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

While St. James might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Waccamaw scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19, 25-20.

St. James' win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Waccamaw, they moved to 6-3 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. James will face off against North Myrtle Beach at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Waccamaw, they will challenge Marlboro County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
