Basketball Recap: Blackwell Takes a Loss

The Blackwell Maroons lost 52-32 to the Cashion Wildcats on Friday. The game marked the Maroons' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Blackwell's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-12. As for Cashion, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-6.

Blackwell will face off against Newkirk at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cashion, they will challenge Fairview at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fairview will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Cashion surely won't give up without a fight.
